COCOA BEACH MARRIAGE LICENSE
You must have a Florida marriage license to be married in the State of
Florida.
You can apply for your marriage license in any county in Florida.   You must obtain
your marriage license in person.    The State of Florida does not require any blood tests.

If you are a resident of the State of Florida you have two options:  You may complete a premarital
course and your fee will be reduced by $32.50 and you will have no waiting period or you can opt
not to take the course and wait three days.

If both the bride and groom are NOT residents of the State of Florida, there is NO waiting period.
You will be able to receive your license at any clerk's office in Florida on the same day you apply
for it.  If you want to order your marriage license by mail, click on the link below-- extra charges for
the marriage license will apply for this convenience service.

The fee for your marriage license application is $93.50 (
subject to change by the clerk's office) and is valid
for 60 days.  Regardless of which Florida county you applied for your license, the marriage may
take place anywhere in the state of Florida.

After the wedding, your marriage license will be recorded.  Once you receive the recorded
marriage license in the mail, you can start the
process of changing your name at the Driver's License Office, Social Security Administration, etc...
For all non-Florida residents, you have the option to apply for your marriage license by
